About the Course

Protocol is a strategic and emotional intelligence tool that, if used properly, becomes the key tool in institutional, international, and negotiation relationships. In this sense, the human capital of public/private entities and enterprises must be fully prepared to strengthen the image and corporate identity of the organisation they represent or lead. The key tool allows the visual representation of power with a main goal: “to create a positive understanding in everyone. A new door opened to establish true relationships”.

This 5-day Strategic Corporate Scenography training course is divided into five main sessions. Each session will develop the key concepts through theory and visual support so that every delegate can analyse in detail the importance of protocol and image in every context (social, international, institutional, business, and so on), mainly related to the use of STRATEGIC CORPORATE SCENOGRAPHY. To this point, what does Strategic Corporate Scenography stand for? The clue focuses on “everything adds, and everything communicates.”

Knowing how to properly use the protocol in business as a powerful tool of strategic, emotional, and communicative intelligence makes enterprises in the 21st century truly organisations where “credibility, transparency, and veracity” are their best assets. In a word, protocol means “power,” “image,” “communication,” “order,” and “leadership” if applied properly in every special context.

Core Objectives

The delegates will achieve the following objectives:

  • Value the importance of protocol and diplomatic skills in the business world
  • Identify the power of image in business
  • Know how to communicate with persuasion and strategy
  • Know how to interact and relate efficiently with our environment
  • Keep the identity and image of the enterprise in every context
