About the Course
“Being strategist in an intelligent way” means a high level of knowledge with those available resources so as to create VALUE, COHERENCE, CREDIBILITY and TRANSPARENCY.
Protocol is a strategic and emotional intelligence tool that, if used properly, becomes the key tool in institutional, international, and negotiation relationships. In this sense, the human capital of public and private entities and enterprises must be fully prepared to strengthen the image and corporate identity of the organisation they represent or lead. The key tool allows the visual representation of power with a main goal: “to create a positive understanding in everyone.”
This 5-day Protocol and Etiquette Management training course is divided into five main sessions. Each session will develop the key concepts through theory and visual support so that every delegate can analyze in detail the importance of protocol and image in every context (social, international, institutional, business, and so on), mainly related to the use of STRATEGIC CORPORATE SCENOGRAPHY.
As we live in a digital era, the image becomes the letter of presentation of both institutions and human capital. For that reason, both public and digital diplomacy are seen as windows for the present and future, where the word REPUTATION surrounds us. The main goal of this present training program is to teach people how to communicate accurately using images, protocol techniques, verbal and nonverbal communication, persuasion, and so on.
