About the Course

The changes in culture and mindset are at the heart of successful Agile adoption in a development team. A solid foundation in the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto, the key rules and practices of Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP) so that it will fully understand the commonalities and differences. This 5-day Professional Scrum Master Certification training course will cover Pragmatic time-tested practices for managing product backlogs, long and short-range planning, project execution, and progress reporting. Many facets of Scum will be covered, including the project life cycle, roles, ceremonies, and artefacts.
