About the Course

This Creative Critical Thinking and Innovation Masterclass training course is intended to acquaint delegates with actionable tools and methods to successfully implement a structured innovation process from inspiration and insights to ideation and implementation, among wide range of industries and organizations. The program builds your ability to deeply understand the user, turn your insights and concepts into tangible ideas and test them faster, cheaper and better.

The delegates will learn to employ idea generation techniques and methods in work-related situations, to better solve problems, overcome challenges and ensure that the creative process is channeled into beneficial outcomes and work methods.

One of the key pillars of the program is to gain a thorough practical understanding of the Design Thinking (DT) process, which has been widely promoted as a novel approach to innovation and problem‐solving in the increasing complexity of modern technology and business. This powerful approach helps organizations and individuals determine whether an idea is worth pursuing or not through blending the three criteria of desirability, viability, and feasibility.
