About the Course

This 5-day interactive Understanding FIDIC Contracts training course is designed to assist contract professionals in coping with the increasing complexity of construction, commercial and business relationships as trade becomes more international. All contract professionals must understand what a FIDIC contract does (and does not) require them and the other party to do and the consequences for both parties of failure. It will cover the key elements of FIDIC contracts, including dispute resolution procedures and the different roles of the parties. It will also provide practical advice on how to approach contract negotiations and resolve any issues that may arise during the contract's life.
