About the Course

Effective stakeholder management is critical for ensuring project success, maintaining alignment, and achieving intended outcomes across complex project environments. Professionals are increasingly expected to identify stakeholders, manage expectations, influence decisions, and maintain constructive relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The ability to manage stakeholders effectively supports better communication, reduces conflict, and enhances collaboration across internal and external parties. In many projects, unclear stakeholder expectations, poor communication, and lack of engagement result in delays, resistance, and failure to achieve project objectives. A structured approach to managing project stakeholders enables professionals to strengthen alignment, improve communication, and deliver consistent project outcomes.

This 5-day Managing Project Stakeholders training course provides a structured approach to strengthening stakeholder management capability across project environments. It integrates practical techniques in stakeholder mapping, salience analysis, RACI structures, communication planning, and engagement monitoring tools aligned with project requirements. Emphasis is placed on managing stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts, maintaining engagement, and ensuring alignment throughout project delivery. Delegates will strengthen their ability to analyse stakeholder needs, plan engagement strategies, communicate effectively, and influence outcomes across different stakeholder groups. It equips delegates with structured methods and practical tools to enhance stakeholder relationships, reduce project risks, and support successful project execution.
