About the Course

Energy Management is not a project but a process. It is much more than merely conducting an energy audit on a commercial building or industrial facility. Where energy audits are used to understand what, where, and why significant energy losses are and what kind of solutions are required, energy management is used to ensure that the solutions are sustainable and permanent. Energy management is a continuous, ongoing process and requires careful planning to analyse, plan, and coordinate the implementation of projects. It highlights the process approach to energy management to ensure the best return for the management and facility stakeholders.

The ongoing energy management process integrates with plant operation or building maintenance.
