About the Course
In this interactive 5-day The Senior Level Leadership Program, the delegates will learn that leaders live under a microscope and nothing we say or do escapes the scrutiny and examination of our followers or subordinates and will mirror the examples set for them. Leadership is not something you learn once and for all; it is an evolving pattern of skills, talents, and ideas that grow and change as you do. The world is undergoing enormous changes, and organisations have never seen a greater need for great leaders in senior positions.
Excellent human-relations skills could change people from managing to leading others. People can learn to move from directing to guiding, from competing to collaborating, from seeing people as an expense to viewing people as an asset. However, technology alone is never enough to teach and help people understand leadership because no one ever said these skills would come naturally. Most people still have difficulties with leadership and must be educated and trained. As a result, this is the time to invest in the organisation’s senior leadership and provide them with the necessary skills to lead the business and the people to the next level.
Delegates will learn that successful managers and, indeed, the most effective leaders in organisations of all types and sizes have made it clear that certain leadership functions, concepts, and principles must be understood and performed consistently to produce superior results. Also, they will learn that to become great leaders, they must learn to become great listeners and communicators.
Core Objectives
After completing this training program, the delegates will have gained at least 20% of the required skills, which will have an average impact of about 80% on the performance of their assigned responsibilities.
The delegates will achieve the following objectives:
- Acquire skills in finding the leader in you
- Learn to inspire others with a positive mental attitude
- Start to communicate and motivate others effectively
- Know how to discover the importance of your inner character
