About the Course

When implementing and executing projects, it is believed that the Project Manager must meet the Scope, Timeline, and Budget constraints; however, at the end of the project, all stakeholders consider it more important that the result meets the highest levels of quality.

This 5-day intensive Project Quality Management training course equips delegates with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to consistently deliver high-impact projects that meet stakeholder needs and align with organisational standards. Through quality planning, assurance, and control, delegates will master project excellence and learn to build quality into every project stage—from conception to completion. Additionally, they will discover effective planning strategies to establish clear quality goals, define relevant metrics and thresholds, and design tests to ensure success. They will also understand quality assurance techniques to consistently meet targets and proven methods to assess results and recommend corrective actions, allowing delegates to apply continuous improvement tools to optimise performance.

Sessions provide opportunities to analyse diverse real-world case studies, share experiences, and discuss challenges with peers across industries like construction, IT, and healthcare. Expert feedback is given as delegates put new skills into practice using standardised quality management tools. The consistent application of globally recognised best practices taught in this immersive programme leads to enhanced stakeholder satisfaction, better adhesion to standards, improved work output, and increased customer approval. Delegates will be equipped to achieve consistent, quality results and exceed expectations by integrating proven quality management frameworks into their projects from initiation to closure.

Core Objectives

The delegates will achieve the following objectives:

  • Master key quality management concepts, processes, and standards based on PMBOK
  • Design and implement tests to assess compliance with adopted ISO quality standards
  • Develop measurable quality goals and business objectives, then create appropriate monitoring indicators
  • Select and utilise quality tracking and planning tools compliant
  • Analyse quality issues using EFQM Excellence Model concepts, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Construct a comprehensive quality improvement plan with measurable targets for public & private sector projects considering effectiveness and feasibility
