About the Course
When it comes to tankers, ensuring everyone's safety is of the utmost importance. Tank terminal and maritime operations are not considered complete without the three essential components of successful health and safety awareness, maritime knowledge, and operational efficiency. Consequently, there has been an increase in the number of tank storage terminals, FPSOs, and refineries searching for Loading Masters who are knowledgeable and have received enough training. Learning the abilities essential to complete loading and unloading processes while simultaneously taking on the responsibilities that come along with them is one of the challenges that proves to be one of the most challenging difficulties.
The inspections that SIRE carries out are funded by the oil corporations that are participants in the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF). The Chemical Distribution Institute, or CDI for short, is an inspection system developed specifically for chemical and gas tankers. This course will share information about these two important issues with the participants. This training course also draws attention to safe maritime transportation and Loading Master for Oil, LNG, Gas and Petrochemical Terminals, the key points and barriers in oil tankers and terminal interfaces measures in the workplace from the organisational to the personal level.
