About the Course

The 5-day interactive Leading in Uncertainty Masterclass training course aims to develop leadership skills in those called upon to lead, make decisions, and be a reference to others when times are uncertain internally in the company, externally in the broader global sphere, or both. Knowing how to define your values as a leader and company in shifting times is crucial, as is the ability to transmit those values and a strong sense of stability to the people in your team. During uncertain times, the figure of the leader becomes exponentially more important and stressful, so it is fundamental to recognise your strengths and weaknesses, those of your team, and those of the situation you are facing.

Analysing the situation that you and your team find yourselves in is vital to clearly understand how to plan, prepare, and implement the solutions necessary to find a way forward. In uncertain times, decisions have to be made with incomplete information, rapidly changing dynamics, and the serious difficulty of being unable to fully predict how your decisions will affect the overall situation. This program will teach you to do that while caring for yourself and others.

One of the key skills that any leader needs, even in normal times, is the ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and effectively. That skill becomes increasingly important when a leader and their team are facing uncertain times. It will prepare delegates to know themselves, know their team, recognise and analyse the situations facing them and their company, and give them the ability to make the correct decisions in a high-pressure environment.

Core Objectives

The delegates will achieve the following objectives:

  • Understand who they are as leaders
  • Know their strengths and weaknesses and those of their team
  • Analyse fast-moving, complex situations and how they affect them
  • Develop stronger leadership through effective communication
  • Focus on what is urgent and not what is important
  • Design solutions and strategies to lead their teams to success in uncertain times
  • Expand their self-confidence as leaders and references for teams
Training Approach

This training course will combine presentations with interactive practical exercises supported by video material and case studies. The delegates will be invited to use these materials, and we will spend time together to deepen their knowledge, apply their practical skills, and be invigorated in their confidence in the difference that they, as leaders, can make in uncertain times.

The Attendees

This training course is designed to help professionals who are experienced managers of people in their sectors but wish to have a deeper understanding of the skills and strategies necessary to navigate themselves, their teams, and their sectors through the challenges of uncertain times. Uncertain situations can generate enormous amounts of stress and emotions, and leaders need to face rapidly evolving scenarios and take decisive actions whilst motivating their workers, which is a challenging task.

Likewise, it will be valuable to the professionals but not limited to the following:

  • CEOs
  • CFOs
